רשב"ג אומר האומר לחבירו השאילני חלוקך ואלך ואבקר את אבא שהוא חולה והלך ומצאו שמת קורע ומאחו וכשיבא לביתו מחזיר לו חלוקו ונותן לו דמי קרעו ואם לא הודיעו הרי זה לא יגע בו
